Does my Order Qualify for the Freebie of the Month?

All orders with a minimum of $50 USD (before tax/shipping) will come with the freebie of the month.

*Phoenix Forge x2 Freebie Cards can’t be redeemed for special limited freebies. In these instances, you’ll receive an alternate second freebie if redeemed.

How Long Does It Take To Ship An Order?

Paid orders normally ship out within 2-3 Business Days after Receiving payment. During drops and sales, processing can take up to 14 Business Days*
Giveaway/Freebie orders normally ship out within 3-5 Business Days but will take longer during drops and sales.

*The processing time for International orders may be longer. During drops and sales, processing can take up to 21 Business Days
**This does not include weekends (Fri-Sun) or Holidays.

International Shipping Terms

International orders will have a limit of 5 packs per order and all packs will come in soft packaging. Box sets aren’t eligible for international shipping, unless stated otherwise. When shipping outside of the United States, we cannot guarantee delivery once it leaves the US, and will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
